Our Fairfax City location has a 3 barrel pilot brewery where our brewers create both new beers and small batch creations. Our Executive Chef creates both unique and familiar faire & pairs it with our beer.

Bristow - Taproom
Our Taproom is located inside our 20 barrel production brewery. As a Brewery Taproom, we only serve our beer & seltzer in our taproom. We also serve select snacks and small bites including Nordic Knot Pretzels, Daddy G’s Salsa, and have rotating Food Trucks Wednesday through Sunday.

While officially a Manassas address, we realize that most guests will know this area as “Bristow” and therefore refer to our location as Bristow.
